Cake Artist / Cake Decorator / Pastry Chef

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Bake cakes and pastries (including, in particular, buttercream cakes) without supervision.
  • Decorate customised cakes in accordance with customers' requests and Head Pastry Chef's instructions.
  • Mould fondant decorations in accordance with customers' orders, independently and efficiently.

        Our ideal candidate:

        • At least 1 to 2 years experience with cake preparations, baking, and frosting.
        • At least 1 to 2 years experience decorating customised cakes, including handling of fondant.
        • Good attention to detail.
